OnCall 25/8 offers maintenance agreements for clients that regularly need our services. Our maintenance agreements cover:

Troubleshoot outages and performance issues and provide routine/diagnostic services

Evaluate software and hardware combinations to improve desktop, server and network functionality and user productivity

Perform a needs analysis and assessment regarding existing configurations and assist in planning upgrades

Provide pricing and vendor information so users can effectively obtain appropriate hardware and software

Install, configure, and maintain the operating system, virus protection, security patches, and supported software for desktops and/or servers including standard desktop accessories (printer, scanner, hand-held device, etc). Specialized software applications are evaluated and supported on a case-by-case basis

Maintain accounts, group memberships, and access privileges in support of user activities
